Pay-as-you-go and fixed price contract support

Micro Plus Computers offer a wide range of Business IT support packages to suit all requirements and budgets.

Our friendly team of Microsoft trained and qualified hardware and software technicians are available for remote-support and on-site support from Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm and also available outside of normal hours by prior arrangement.  We have technical support engineers operating every day throughout Shropshire, Wales and Cheshire.

We support a large number of business of all shapes and sizes, from 1 or 2 users to well over 600 users including accountants, solicitors, manufacturers, hotels, shops, travel agencies, colleges, car dealerships, transport companies and pretty much any other type of business you can think of.

There is no “tied-in” commitment with any of our services – you can switch between services as your requirements change.

 

Pay-As-You-Go Support

No contract required - just call us when you need us

... Onsite Support - £59 per hour for callouts, plus travel charge one way

... Adhoc Remote Support – Charged at £30 per incident for up to half an hour’s remote support.

Contract Support

Fixed price support with guaranteed response times

Bronze Support - Up to 10 remote support incidents per month; any overage and site visits would be charged at standard rates of £59 per hour for on-site work and £30 for a remote support incident for up to half an hour.

Silver Support - Up to 15 remote support incidents per month; PLUS up to 4 hours on site support in the month; any overage and site visits would be charged at standard rates of £59 per hour for on-site work and £30 for a remote support incident for up to half an hour.

Gold Support - Up to 20 remote support incidents per month; PLUS up to 8 hours on site support in the month; overage and site visits charged at standard rates of £59 per hour for on-site work; £30 for a remote support incident for up to half an hour.

Platinum Support - totally unlimited support, both onsite and remote - 4 working hour response Service Level Agreement – 24/7 remote server monitoring.


These are the prices for our standard support packages but we will happily customise a package to suit your exact requirements.

  • Ad hoc - £59 per hour; £30 per remote (up to half an hour)

  • Bronze - £150 per month (a saving of up to £150 on standard rates)

  • Silver - £250 per month (a saving of up to £436 on standard rates)

  • Gold - £350 per month (a saving of up to £622 on standard rates)

  • Platinum - £350 per month PLUS £20 per head for every seat (unlimited savings)
