We have 2 authorised Epson Express repair centres at Maesbury Road, Oswestry (01691 670960) and Chester Street, Wrexham (01978 313242)

Both of these repair centres have Epson trained staff and are authorised to carry out warranty repairs on behalf of Epson.

It doesn't matter where you bought the printer from as long as it is still under warranty.

1) We check that the printer is still under warranty

2) We will investigate the problem

3) If we can fix the printer we will - no charge

4) If the printer can't be repaired we will arrange for Epson to send a replacement

The Epson Express service is a very quick process and costs you nothing (provided the printer is under the terms of the warranty)
