Home Call Out

As well as carry-in workshop repairs also offer a fixed-price, at-home computer service for just £75 inc VAT.  You get a friendly, helpful technician working in-your-home for up to 2 hours (we can fix most problems within this time) for just £75 in total.

This service is ideal if you are having ADSL broadband internet problems, or wireless network problems or if you need one-to-one training.

If you need a technician for longer than 2 hours we also offer a 3 hour fixed price call-out for just £99, typically for larger network setup and major computer problems.

Depending on how far you are from our depot there may be a small travel supplement on top of these prices but we will be able to give you a definite price when you call.

We now also offer an EVENING call out for an additional £20.

Don't forget, if you have our Total Care or Total Care Lite service then a 2 hour call out will only cost you £37.50!
