The laptop needs to be working, in good condition with no physical damage and it needs to include the Windows license sticker, battery and mains power adapter.  

As a general rule the laptop needs to have a hard drive of 80Gb or more. Depending on the condition and specification of the laptop you are trading in, you could get up to £100 off a new laptop or iPad!
