You must ensure that you maintain up-to-date paid-for virus protection at all times. Recovery of data is not included.   This policy covers labour costs, any hardware required would be chargeable based on your approval of a quotation. We recommend  that you take out  a separate household insurance policy to cover accidental physical damage, electrical surges, etc. We reserve the right to decline applications before any payments are made if a system is beyond economical repair in our opinion.
