Total Care is a comprehensive service available on all new PCs and Laptops bought from Micro Plus Computers.

From just £9.99 a month for a single computer (the equivalent of just 34p a day) Total Care gives you extended hardware warranty and comprehensive repair and support service that covers all labour costs and hardware costs for unlimited warranty computer repairs including software related problems and hardware failure.

PRIORITY RESPONSE

Any problems with your system are elevated to the top of our list and worked on within 48 hours

SOFTWARE COVER

With Total Care your system is covered if your Windows becomes corrupted or infected with a virus or malware

HARDWARE COVER

As long as your system remains covered by Total Care it is covered against hardware failure.  This is cheaper than most extended warranties, you don’t have to pay years in advance and you can cancel whenever you want.

REMOTE SUPPORT

For added convenience, your system would be eligible for our remote support “dial-in” service as well as full telephone support

There is no tied-in commitment with this service - you can stop at any time.

You must ensure that you maintain up-to-date paid-for virus protection at all times. Recovery of data is not included.   This policy covers labour and hardware against natural failure, it does not cover accidental damage, intentional damage or misuse.  We recommend  that you take out  a separate household insurance policy to cover accidental physical damage, electrical surges, etc.
