Cancellation, Returns & Refunds policies

Any items damaged in transit, should be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, please sign the couriers delivery note accordingly.

Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into us, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.

Unfortunately we cannot offer returns on opened software and used Inkjet Cartridges and toners.

If you change your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you must inform us of this decision within 10 working days. The item must be unopened, must have not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to return the goods, at your own expense. Once the item is received, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.

Warranty and Liability

We will not be liable for any damaged goods or injuries resulting from use of any products. We do not provide warranties on any merchandise. Any warranty or promises made by the manufacturers are solely their liability.

In no event shall we be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of the information made available on this web site.

Pricing Policy, Shipping and Handling

· VAT is charged at 20 Percent on all goods and services including any delivery charges supplied in the UK

· We only ship goods to UK mainland addresses.

Our Payment Service Provider is Sage Pay (formerly Protx) – the largest independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland. Delivery  Policy

Order online for fast delivery anywhere within the UK.  We only deliver within the UK.

We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries, or any costs involved in a delivery not arriving on time - although we always do our upmost to ensure your delivery is on time.

How to order Online

Choose your product by either category, brand or product number if you know it.

Click and add it to your order.

Complete the order form with your credit card and delivery details, or if you are already a credit account customer, you may order using your account.

The stock levels shown on our website are a direct feed from our suppliers' warehouses.  Occasionally there may be an error with stock levels and we will inform you immediately if this affects your order.

In Store Ordering

If you need more advice or do not want to order online then visit any of our shops and our staff will help you to choose the right product.  

We may already have it in stock to take away immediately and if not you can order in-store for collection, usually next day.
