We have a new facility in place which allows us to take control of your PC to diagnose and resolve problems remotely via a secure, temporary broadband internet link.

Our engineers can work on your computer without you needing to come out to you.

You get all the benefits of fast fixes at a very low cost

1. Telephone 01691 670 960 and ask for Remote Support Session
2. An engineer will talk through the details of the problem and if he thinks there is a chance it can be corrected remotely he will take your credit card details for payment of a flat fee of only £25 for the remote session.
3. He will then talk you through connecting your PC remotely to our RODA Support Server which is very simple and completely secure.
4. The engineer will then have full control over your PC and can work through the problem remotely.
5. At the end of the session the connection is broken and can only ever be reconnected from your PC

The session can last up to 30 minutes and will cost £25 even if the problem cannot be fully resolved. If the problem cannot be resolved remotely then we have the facilites to offer you a workshop repair or we can send a technician to your home or business to resolve the problem onsite (see HOME SERVICES and BUSINESS SERVICES for cost details).

Each problem is charged on a per-session basis not on a per-problem basis. You would be charged for each session. Service available subject to technician workload, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 5:30.

No matter where you are, if you have a broadband connection, you should be able to connect to our support server where one of our technicians can take control of your computer and in most cases fix the problem.
